Inner Journey Home - RYT 200小時瑜伽培訓課程
Time & Location
About The Event
Teaching yoga is a continuous process of self-practice, or self-healing and serving others. In order to become a “teacher”, I believe it is the most important job to let ourselves become a good container of purity and knowledge. A lot of people say it it is about destroying the ego. Ego (ahaṃkāra) actually provides us a sense of identity and so that we know “who am I” in this plane. However, the problem with ego is having an incorrect perception of ego. To fully embrace our divine nature while happily live in this world, we need ego to be healthy, to be free from attachment. Teacher is a guiding light in the path of self-realisation. In the 200-hours of training, you may wonder, is it enough to become the light? The light is already within you. Your duty is to remove the conditioning so that you can see it. In the 4-month time, you will absorb sacred knowledge, self-inquiry and contemplation; and well equipped with tools and techniques to be able to teach.
