"20Hour Yoga Anatomy Training"
Experiential training that will inform your teaching and enable you to better understand human anatomy by breaking down each part of the body and then relating the major components to yoga poses and transitions. Understanding the basic anatomy principals plays an important foundation for asana teaching- how to teach safely and intelligently. As you a yoga teacher to refresh and pick up new knowledge; or simply curious about how yoga affects your body, this course is perfect for you.
-Key anatomical terms and about the nerves of the spine
-Myofascial palpitations for the purpose of feeling your own anatomy
- A breakdown of the makeup of the human body including: bones, cartilage, capsules, ligaments, tendons, muscles, ball and socket joints, and synovial joints
-The different movements, rotations, and range of motion for each part of the body
-Emphasize the balance between muscle stabilizer and flexibility
-Asana practice & quiz after each session
-The training comes complete with a hardcopy manual, quizzes, and a digital certification upon full attendance of the course and pass the quizzes.
